Refund and Return Policy
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped, and your entire order amount will be refunded. If the item has already been shipped but not yet delivered, you may still cancel the order online and the refund will be processed once we receive the item back from the courier. Orders cannot be cancelled after the product has been delivered.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an item, log into your galaxmial.com account, open the My Orders section, view the order details, select the Cancel option for the specific item, provide a reason for cancellation, choose the refund method, and confirm. Once your request is submitted, we will process the cancellation as quickly as possible.
How can I return or replace an item?
Click on “Return/Replace” and select the reason to initiate your return or replacement. Our courier partner will collect the product from your location. Please ensure all product tags and original packaging are intact.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes, you can return individual items. If you have ordered multiple products, you may initiate a return for only the items you choose.
How will I get my refund after a cancellation or return?
- Refunds typically take 5–7 working days after we receive and process your returned item. In some cases, it may take up to 2–3 weeks depending on your bank’s processing timeline.
What are the modes of refund?
Refunds can be added as store credit to your galaxmial.com account for future purchases, or for credit card payments, the amount may be credited back to your original card within 7–10 working days. For any additional assistance, please contact customer support.
